Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy To ensure I can provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following policies before booking: Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with insufficient (24 hour) notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged a non-refundable fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Late Arrivals Clients are given a 10-minute grace period. If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically canceled and will be subject to the 25% non-refundable cancellation fee.
